At 8:30 a.m. on April 21, 2025, the "Conference on Risk Identification in Tax Audits and Business Optimization Management for the Construction Industry in the Digital Age" and the "Yulin Construction Industry Tax Special Integrity Tax-paying Lecture Hall" kicked off in the conference room on the seventh floor of the Yulin Municipal Political Consultative Conference (the north building in the courtyard of the Municipal Party Committee). This conference was hosted by the Yulin Construction Industry Association, with guidance and support from the Shaanxi Provincial Certified Tax Agents Association, the Yulin Tax Service of the State Taxation Administration, and the Yulin Federation of Industry and Commerce. It was co-organized by Shanghai Jingshi Network Technology Co., Ltd., Huashui Tax Agents (Shaanxi) Co., Ltd., and the Yulin Branch of the Postal Savings Bank of China.

The attendees of this conference included Jiang Yusheng, the president of the Yulin Construction Industry Association; Wang Chongyi, the director of the Tax Service Center of the Yulin Tax Bureau; Shi Hai, a member of the Party Leadership Group and vice chairperson of the Yulin Federation of Industry and Commerce; Zhang Qiaoyan, a member of the Party Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Certified Tax Agents Association; and Yang Kun, the general manager of Shanghai Jingshi Network Technology Co., Ltd. The conference was hosted by Li Qiao, the operation director of Jingshi.

At the beginning of the conference, Jiang Yusheng, the president of the Yulin Construction Industry Association, delivered the opening speech as the representative of the organizer. He pointed out the current tax management problems in the industry, emphasized the importance and requirements of tax management, hoped that industry practitioners would cherish this learning opportunity, and placed high hopes on the achievements of this conference. Subsequently, Wang Chongyi, the director of the Tax Service Center of the Yulin Tax Bureau, delivered an important speech, stressing the need to accurately grasp tax policies and make reasonable tax arrangements.

In the knowledge sharing session, Mr. Lin Jiushi gave a keynote speech titled "Risk Identification in Tax Audits and Business Optimization Management for the Construction Industry in the Digital Age." With his profound professional knowledge and rich practical experience, Mr. Lin deeply analyzed the risk points in tax audits of the construction industry and systematically expounded on the strategies and methods for business optimization management, providing the participants with a wealth of professional knowledge.

Subsequently, Zhang Qiaoyan introduced in detail the theme of the 34th National Tax Publicity Month of the State Taxation Administration, "Taxation, the Rule of Law, and Fairness," as well as the theme of the tax publicity and volunteer service activities of the national tax agents industry, "Compliance: Drawing a Concentric Circle and Promoting Compliance Along the Way," and clearly explained the positive role played by tax agents in tax law promotion. Huashui Tax Agents (Shaanxi) Co., Ltd. responded to the spirit of the tax publicity and volunteer service documents of the Provincial Certified Tax Agents Association and established a "Open Day" for tax agents, which will provide free tax consultation services for enterprises in the next three months.

This conference provided cutting-edge ideas and practical methods for tax management in the construction industry and built an excellent platform for industry communication and learning. In the future, we will continue to strive, constantly build platforms for communication and cooperation, deeply integrate into the construction industry, help the construction industry achieve the goals of reasonable tax payment and tax savings, and promote the innovation and development of the tax management field in the construction industry to a new level.
